Integrative Massage
Kayla offers a spectrum of pressure, from light, restorative touch to focused therapeutic work, always guided by what your body needs in the moment. Rather than relying on constant deep pressure, she uses deep tissue and myofascial release techniques intentionally to address specific areas of tension, release adhesions, and restore healthy movement.
Each session is thoughtfully currated and may incorporate traditional Swedish relaxation massage, dynamic stretching, and energy work to support the body's natural healing process. While she is not known for using excessively deep pressure, Kayla specializes in calming the nervous system, creating lasting relief, and helping you reconnect with both your body and the grounding presence of Earth and Spirit. Her work is designed to leave you feeling balanced, supported, and deeply restored.

We made a drastic shift in an acceptance wound I had for decades. Kayla was able to notice the core of the wound and bring Divine grace into my throat chakra, as we worked with my grandfather from the other side who assisted in this healing session. I left the call in complete awe of how much clarity came through and how peaceful I felt. I gained an inner knowing of how truly accepted I am and an even deeper connection to my grandfather, I looked outside to see a double rainbow after my session. Truly a profound healing experience.
